For our long weekend trip, this home was perfect. It was a great location which had all the amenities we needed to break away for a nice relaxing weekend getaway. We primarily used the provided cart to haul our stuff to the beach which was just a short walk (few minutes).

Fantastic location, very short walk to the beach and many restaurants. The house was clean and included many necessities - beach equipment, towels, coffee, toiletries, all the necessary kitchen tools. The beds and furniture were not the comfiest, but they were fine. Hot tub was very nice!

We had a lovely stay at Mar Viento. The house is beautiful, peaceful, and so close to the beach! The kitchen is large and has lots of supplies for cooking. We really appreciated all of the included beach stuff (toys, chairs, umbrellas), as we were traveling in from out of town. We had such a good time with our family of 8. We hope to return again! We had a lovely week long stay at Mar Viento. The house was spacious and beautiful. We loved the easy access to the beach! The included beach supplies and toys were so helpful as we were traveling a long distance and didn’t have to bring our own. The kitchen was amazing and fully stocked for cooking. More spacious than expected! Everything you would need for a day at the beach is available for use. Plenty of extras in the kitchen, as well. Really enjoyed the space and close proximity to the beach!

Beautiful place. Amazing location! Just a walk accross the street to direct beach access. There are stairs to get to the water, but once you're there with your chairs you get to enjoy the whole day by the water since the house was a quick walk away. Very peaceful beach, beautiful sunrise every morning! The house is equipped with every need! Kids enjoyed the bikes and beach gear. Open kitchen is great for family meals. And full washer and dryer! It was like living at home right on the beach. Very happy with our experience. We did have a few minor issues, but Randy and his team were very responsive. Only downside was the construction happening in front of the property which made it difficult to park. Trucks were often present. We were out all day so the noise wasn't a factor, but would have been annoying if we spent more time at the house. We also didn’t use the jacuzzi as it had a funny smell and water looked cloudy. Kids weren't into it. But we enjoyed the bbq! Ocean water is better!

We had a wonderful stay! The place was very clean (probably the cleanest Airbnb I've been to!). There were plenty of utensils, pots, pans, spices, etc. Randy and Karina were both very responsive and very helpful when asked about certain things prior to check in. Something to be mindful of - In the contract, it says 5 parking spots are available. When you enter in the apartment, it says that are only 3 spots available (2 in the driveway, 1 in the garage). However, the garage was full of bikes, beach toys, etc. that we had to move to the backyard in order to use the garage as a parking spot. However, there was plenty of parking on 1st and 2nd street. The place is a little tricky to find, however Karina warned me beforehand. Use Google Maps (not Apple Maps) to find it. Otherwise, fabulous location, easy access to the beach, and incredible hosts. Thanks for having us!

Randy and Karina are very gracious hosts. Anytime we reached out to them they were very quick to respond and take care of anything we needed or answer any questions. The house was very well maintained. It has a ton of character and is built with quality finishes and kept as though someone lives in it. They had a pack and play waiting by the door for our youngest and there are beach toys and a wagon waiting to go in the garage. It only takes a min or two to walk to one of two beach accesses across the street. Having the hot tub at the house was great too. We were a very short drive to sunshine park, and there was a lot of restaurants within walking distance or a short drive. The excellent customer service provided by the hosts definitely made the trip and I would stay anywhere that they are managing in the future as well as returning here. Thanks for a great vacation!

Great experience overall. Great communication. House is just a few minutes from the beach-- made it easy to make it there for sunrise. House is a little boxed in other houses and construction that was not evident from the photos, but this was not a bid deal, and everything else was perfect.

This was a wonderful place for a ladies' weekend at the beach celebrating a friend's retirement. Within walking distance to the beach and close to shops and restaurants. The layout of the living area was especially nice as there were plenty of places for everyone to sit. Parking was a little tight, but we made it work. I would definitely recommend!

This place was amazing! My family and I were in town for my sister’s wedding and had our other reservation cancel on us last minute. We were so pleased with how quickly Randy and Katrina responded to us! The place was immaculate, beautiful view, walkable restaurants, we had everything we needed. Hello World, if you are looking for a Beautiful, Comfortable, & Cozy home to stay in for a vacation, mini getaway or even a stay-cation if you reside in or around Jacksonville, FL Beach this is the place to book! It is literally a hop & skip and you are at the beach. The home offer so many accommodations: the whirlpool, BBQ Grill, outdoor gathering space, did I meantion the accessories for the beach: a wagon to carry the beach chairs tent or umbrella etc. bicycles for the whole family all these items they provide its more but I will be writing a mini book :) Just book it you will not be disappointed! Oh yeah Randy & Karina provided GRADE A TOP NOTOCH customer service they made sure our stay was SUPERIOR! THANKS AGAIN kARINA & RANDY:)

This was one of the cleanest AIRBNB's that I have ever stayed in! I was able to walk around barefoot all day & NOT have black feet at the end of the day. Unbelievable! :) Spacious for large(r) families; having the beach accessories was a nice convenience; kitchen was stocked with everything needed to cook almost any kind of meal; 2-min walk to the beach Hot tub needs a set of stairs so shorter people can get in, but that was our only "complaint". The host(s) were pleasant to deal with & allowed us to enjoy our time without over-communicating.

Excellent place for a family vacation! We stayed for 4th of July with the kids. The house is one block from the beach and the hosts provided everything we needed for a beach stay. Lots of space and we were able to cook several meals in the well stocked kitchen. The hosts were very friendly and responsive. We would definitely stay here again!
