Come enjoy this lovely beach house. Located in the heart of jax beach. Convenience at its best with restaurants, Bars and many other local attractions only blocks away. There are TWO flights of stairs throughout the unit. One to initially enter the unit up to the 2nd level living area. Another to access the bedrooms.

The unit was located a little farther south that we thought but it worked out well - the area was so quiet and the highway is only 1.5 miles away with tons of shopping and conveniences nearby. And the beach was right there...less than a 3 minute walk...a key feature for us!! It's really nice that chairs and beach accessories are provided! I'd say if you need a good umbrella, plan to bring or rent your own. As others have mentioned, there's only one inside shower and an outdoor "rinse off" but having the separate sinks was great. We didn't cook in so can't really say how well the kitchen is stocked. Beds were comfortable. We generally had a great stay and would definitely recommend!

Very clean. Impressive how clean since steps from the sandy beach. Small ocean view from master is awesome. Softest sheets and towels. Great location. A/C was also very good. Would absolutely stay here again if come back to JAX.

We had a great stay! The place was beautiful and was exactly what we were expecting from the photos. Great location, we felt very safe and there are multiple restaurants within walking distance. It was pretty cool out when we stayed, so we didn’t get to take too much advantage of the beach but it is just a block away, with easy access! Loved this place and would absolutely stay again!

This place was pretty nice, newer appliances, well furnished, spacious areas, clean, nicely decorated, the beds were VERY comfortable, pillows were a little too thick for our liking, but that was a minor inconvenience. We didn't realize there was 2 flights of stairs, but that was on us for not seeing that in the pictures, oh well, again not a big deal. The walk to the beach was easy and short, nice beach chairs and the wagon to carry the chairs in. The only issue was the outdoor lighting in the breezeway and by the entry door was not working, making it a little difficult at night. Overall, great place to stay and we would recommend it to others. Also, a bonus is that they didn't require an arm's length of housekeeping duties on check out.

We were in town to visit our daughter. The place was conveniently located with great beach access and walkable to restaurants and stores. It had everything we needed. We enjoyed our stay. One thing I would add is a place to turn the car around at the end of the building so you aren’t forced to back out around other cars.

Sparkling clean, well appointed, comfortable, 3 minute walk to the beach. We had everything we needed for our 6 night stay. Friendly, responsive, thoughtful host. Lots of nice bath and beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella, wagon. Plenty of hot water for showers. Nice washer and dryer (so helpful for daily beach excursions). Well equipped kitchen, nice appliances. Quiet, super convenient location. We loved our stay and would definitely stay there again!

We came to Jacksonville for a soccer tournament and picked Ocean Breeze over the hotel room. All family was very happy with our decision. Nice, clean, spacious house just 2 minutes from the beach. Great location! We enjoyed beach and fishing in the morning and afternoon spent on the soccer field. The house offered everything we needed. We will be back. Thank you!

Great spot for a Jax Beach weekend! Comfortable beds, great AC, steps to the beach with easy access, big smart TV (bonus), nice decor, great shower, clutter free, quiet, and two parking spots. The home was lovely! No issues and advertised as such. Parking under the carport was a big plus, as we had little ones who are much better managed closer to the unit off the street. Our older daughter stopped over for dinner and found the place easily and liked the separate sleeping/lounging areas so we could hang out later in the evening. Great setup and we will definitely book in the future!

We slept really well here because of the super comfortable beds, excellent A/C, and quiet neighborhood. Only 1.5 blocks from the ocean, it's a very easy walk and there's a lifeguard stationed right there. All essential beach items are provided (towels, umbrellas, chairs, boogie boards, shovels/buckets, AND a wagon to carry it all), and the outdoor shower worked great. Kitchen and bathrooms are well-outfitted, and the washer/dryer and laundry detergent sure came in handy. We enjoyed catching up on the Olympics and our favorite shows on the large TV in the living room. Highly recommend this property!

My niece, Grace and I came to Jacksonville to visit another niece, Becky and her family. The Ocean Breeze was perfect for our stay. Grace and I had a cozy and comfortable place to stay when we weren’t out on the beach or spending time with Becky. The beds were very comfy, the atmosphere was great and it truly was very close to the beach. Also when we had trouble getting in, Karina was readily available! So glad we chose Ocean Breeze.

Highly recommend for a family of 4 or so who also might want to bring a pet. Was just as advertised. Very clean, well stocked and all of the appliances and AC worked well. We had a small problem with the electronic lock when we first got there and the property manager, Karina, came over in about 5 minutes and fixed the problem. Also is only about one block from the beach and is very centrally located. So yes would stay there again.

It was only one block from ocean!!! Very close and convenient! Plenty of beds and TVs in every room with wifi. 3 bathrooms and plenty of space. Has everything you need in the kitchen and bathroom. Shower head outside to rinse off the sand and even has chairs, sunshades, toys for the beach! Has two balconies to see a small view of the beach. I gave 4 stars because there were a few minor things but I told the owners and it is getting fixed and they were very responsive and understanding!!! There are also 3 stories so lots of stairs but we got used to it quick and parking is a bit tedious because the limited space and no parking in the grass area close to apartment but is doable so it was overall a great stay and I would recommend and go back!!!!!
