I highly recommend booking this property! It's situated extremely close to the beach and is immaculately clean. The house has every amenity you could need. Plus, the host's communication is top-notch.The kitchen is spotless and equipped with all the utensils and appliances you'll require.
A dream from beginning to end - great and helpful communication with hosts, the home exactly as described and more, easy check-in and check-out instructions with an online guidebook. Location is perfect, just one block off beach and one block to shopping area with anything you could possibly need. So grateful for all the perfect touches in the house - they thought of everything you might need at this home away from home. Loved the balconies and the privacy of the jack and jill bathroom with each bedroom having their own closet and bathroom privacy (shower was shared, but able to be closed off from the private toilet areas of each bathroom). It was wonderfully stocked with towels, extra blankets, bathrobes, and anything you could think of. Beach area is wonderful, and although we weren't able to make use of them, all of the things you'd need for the beach were provided. Kitchen is easy to navigate and very clean - even all of the dishes. Will definitely stay again and highly recommend it to anyone wanting a safe and welcoming place to use as home base in this area.
Very clean. Impressive how clean since steps from the sandy beach. Small ocean view from master is awesome. Softest sheets and towels. Great location. A/C was also very good. Would absolutely stay here again if come back to JAX.
It was only one block from ocean!!! Very close and convenient! Plenty of beds and TVs in every room with wifi. 3 bathrooms and plenty of space. Has everything you need in the kitchen and bathroom. Shower head outside to rinse off the sand and even has chairs, sunshades, toys for the beach! Has two balconies to see a small view of the beach. I gave 4 stars because there were a few minor things but I told the owners and it is getting fixed and they were very responsive and understanding!!! There are also 3 stories so lots of stairs but we got used to it quick and parking is a bit tedious because the limited space and no parking in the grass area close to apartment but is doable so it was overall a great stay and I would recommend and go back!!!!!

"Ocean Breeze" is the perfect vacation getaway for leisure and fun! Everything in this home is made to feel like a tropical home away from home! Just the right blend of comfy, and vacation chic, all while being able to have plenty of space for your entire group! Our property is steps from the beach with all the essentials you need for an incredible getaway. It features 2 bedrooms,3 toilets bath and one shower. Additional air mattress—sleeps 6 (3 beds, couch and air mattress). Each bedroom has a private balcony. Wake up to the Ocean Breeze, every day! Note: There is a condo being built beachfront to the left block, near the property. The home has 1 covered parking spaces with one extra parking on car pad. The property has stairs going to first level and then another set of stairs going to bedrooms. NO SMOKING/Vaping inside home. Minimum age of primary renter is 25 years and required to be at residence during stay. 2 Pets are allowed with $150 non refundable deposit
