This was the perfect stay for our beach vacation. The hosts were incredibly kind and communicated every detail perfectly. Every detail was covered. The home was immaculate and location was exactly what we were looking for!
My wife and I came to relax by the beach for a few days, and this property was an absolute dream. Being able to wake up to the sun rising over the ocean and stepping right off of the deck onto the beach was a wonderful experience. The house was perfectly clean, well stocked, and a great place to unwind. Randy was the perfect host - great communication and incredibly helpful. We will be booking again in the future and we’re looking forward to our next trip as soon as we left.
This was a lovely beach home set right on the beach with easy, private access. There was plenty of parking including inside a garage. The home was well stocked in the kitchen as well as plenty of beach towels and other amenities. This home is located along a stretch of South Ponte Vedra Beach on A1A across from the Guana Tolomato Matanzas National Estuarine Reserve so there are no homes, condos or hotels on the inland side therefore very private and offers beautiful sunset views towards the mainland. Overall, the beach is very quiet and private, we barely saw any other beachgoers the whole time we were there. Despite its private location, there are plenty of shops and restaurants within a short drive either south to Villano Beach (where there is also a Publix) or north a little further to Ponte Vedra. It's also a short drive to St. Augustine where there is plenty to do. We have stayed at this particular location many times and plan to always return for a relaxing family vacation.
