Loved this beach house ! We have been to many and this house was best. All bedrooms on main floor and hosts were absolutely amazing. Actually had my mom’s favorite goodies delivered for her 97th birthday 🎉 and were very easy to communicate with. Definitely worth a redo

A dream from beginning to end - great and helpful communication with hosts, the home exactly as described and more, easy check-in and check-out instructions with an online guidebook. Location is perfect, just one block off beach and one block to shopping area with anything you could possibly need. So grateful for all the perfect touches in the house - they thought of everything you might need at this home away from home. Loved the balconies and the privacy of the jack and jill bathroom with each bedroom having their own closet and bathroom privacy (shower was shared, but able to be closed off from the private toilet areas of each bathroom). It was wonderfully stocked with towels, extra blankets, bathrobes, and anything you could think of. Beach area is wonderful, and although we weren't able to make use of them, all of the things you'd need for the beach were provided. Kitchen is easy to navigate and very clean - even all of the dishes. Will definitely stay again and highly recommend it to anyone wanting a safe and welcoming place to use as home base in this area.

Great beach house for a crowd. Road construction right now in front of the place, but that did not deter the fun. Well stocked kitchen for cooking! Really appreciate that all cleaning necessities like dishwasher soap, trash bags, etc… were provided.

I had a great stay!! Absolutely loved how close it was to the ocean and that you could see the colors of the sunset and sunrise from the second floor! Super friendly and communicative hosts!

I cannot thank Randall and Karina enough. We had an issue with our stay that was not in their control. It caused us to have to be relocated to another rental after our first night there. They had been wonderful in all of our pre-stay communication, even allowing our group that was arriving at different times with an early entry to accommodate everyone. The next day , they went above and beyond to arrange alternate accommodations to make sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay in St. Augustine. We loved Oyster House and would highly recommend the location and working with Randall and Karina on this rental.

Great property to stay in that was super close to the beach. Our family of 6 was comfortable and thoroughly enjoyed staying in this townhome. Easy access to lots of dining options and centrally located for activities in Jax Beach as well. Not to mention the property was clean, well decorated, and well stocked with all of the necessities.
