beautiful home to celebrate Easter with family. sunrise, moonrise and sunsets. Randy & Karina were so friendly and helpful, like virtual friends. House is in great condition and so accommodating. Has everything you need to enjoy and relax. Hot tub was extra bonus to watch the beach moon. Our family will definitely rent it again. I🕶️Driveway and garage accommodate 6 cars. If we had one complaint… they did not keep the birds from pooping on our cars😂.

Our active family had a few days to enjoy Jax Beach and we’re glad we chose this listing. Walkable to the beach, local dining, and beach shops. Centrally located for quick drive for anything you may need. Parking is tight for full size crew cab truck, but no issues if you have a smaller vehicle. Our family didn’t not mind using two flights of stairs for full access. We loved sitting on the small deck for morning sunshine! Beds were clean and comfortable and the ac worked great!

This is a very cute place, super clean, and extremely close to beach access. Importantly, there’s a full set of stairs to get into the unit and another to get to the bedrooms. The shower is lovely and the kitchen has all the appliances you could need. There’s a CVS very close by but the only walkable grocery store is Whole Foods, so we used Instacart delivery. Walk 15 minutes to Grom for breakfast- delicious! And don’t miss Parlour Donuts!

The unit was located a little farther south that we thought but it worked out well - the area was so quiet and the highway is only 1.5 miles away with tons of shopping and conveniences nearby. And the beach was right there...less than a 3 minute walk...a key feature for us!! It's really nice that chairs and beach accessories are provided! I'd say if you need a good umbrella, plan to bring or rent your own. As others have mentioned, there's only one inside shower and an outdoor "rinse off" but having the separate sinks was great. We didn't cook in so can't really say how well the kitchen is stocked. Beds were comfortable. We generally had a great stay and would definitely recommend!

My family and I stayed at this beautiful beach home for a few days over spring break. We often vacation in this area and love a quiet and peaceful beach experience. This home now tops our rental list! My favorite area in the home was the upstairs living room. The wood ceiling and gas fireplace provided a cozy, welcoming environment and the view of the ocean through the windows was amazing. I loved hearing the waves even when the windows and doors were closed. In addition, I am extremely picky about cleanliness, and I can say this house was the cleanest vacation rental I have ever stayed in. The outdoor area is perfect with ample seating, fun chair swings, a huge swim spa, and a shower to wash off the sand. I was discouraged that the weather was extremely cold and windy while we were there, but the house more than made up for it. Randy was also quick to respond in our communications. We cannot wait to return to this home!

This was an exceptional find. Located 10 minutes from the heart of old St Augustine, the home is fully stocked, comfortable, everything works and the neighborhood is quiet. We felt safe and well looked after. The management team was on point and available all the time. They could not have made in and out any easier. We not only will stay here again, we will be bringing friends to light a fire and relax in the back yard
