very private, peaceful location right on the water, just as described. The house was well equipped with linens, basic toiletries, and SHARP knives (such a nice thing to have for foodies). Randy made a great recommendation of a private chef, Rosaria, to make our getaway even more special. We would definitely come back.

This home has magnificent views of the sunrise enjoyed it from my bed with a cup of coffee in hand plus sunset view while cooking dinner. Short trip to enjoy Super Bowl with family everything in the home is beautiful. Randall and Karina were there to assist with any needs. They took the stress out of any concern you may have. Will be back!

The place was FANTASTIC. You could see the ocean and the beach was right across the street and easy to access. The place was a great setup for our family to gather. The kitchen was clean and spacious. Randy was an EXCELLENT host. Very quick, responsive and accommodating. The location was PERFECT with downtown St. Augustine an easy 10 minute drive and Publix supermarket right down the street. Overall, I would highly recommend staying here. We will plan to stay here again!
