We really enjoyed our stay! The view was amazing! We enjoyed sitting on the porch with our family relaxing and catching up. The house was comfortable and accommodating. We had a great time. Randy was very friendly, helpful, and always got right back with us.

Great place to stay. Right by a bridge over the road to the beach and only a 12 minute drive to the large parking lot in the old town. Four en-suite bedrooms made it a great stay for our group. The fully equipped kitchen and large living space was lovely. We had a little hiccup and a large hiccup that could have been major problem but our host was SUPER responsive to both. I highly recommend this place.

Visited Sandy Shores 1 in late February for a long weekend. Played golf near by, and enjoyed the rest of our stay relaxing around the house and enjoying the incredible views. Spoke to Randy a few times during the booking and stay and in all cases, he was very responsive to any questions we had. You can't beat the sunrises and miles of beach to explore. The layout is very welcoming and comfortable for watching a movie, sports or just playing games with the family. We had a great time and would definitively recommend for anyone looking for a beach getaway.

Lovely house right on the each, steps from the beach with an unobstucted view. Plenty of room for a family. Big common room. Large oceanfront deck. The hosts responded immediately to our questions. It was a seamless visit. I will stay here again.
