Most homes check in at 4:00 PM and check out at 10:00 AM. Salt and Palms checks in at 3:00 PM and out at 11:00 AM, and every listing shows its own times. If you need an earlier check-in, please give us a call. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, depending on availability.
100% of the total booking charges are refunded if the cancellation is made more than 15 days prior to the arrival date. For cancellations made within 15 days of arrival, no refund is issued.
Yes. Pets are welcome at Coopers Pearl, Oyster House, Salt and Palms, The Anderson House, PV Beach, Victoria Shores, Mar Viento and Ocean Breeze for a $150 pet fee per stay. Sandy Shores I, Sandy Shores II and Sea Star are pet free. Check the house rules on each listing, or call us and we’ll point you to the right home.
We manage four vacation homes in St. Augustine: Oyster House, Coopers Pearl, Salt and Palms and The Anderson House. They sleep 6 to 10 guests, and each listing shows how far it is from the beach and the historic district.
Yes. Victoria Shores, Sea Star, Sandy Shores I and Sandy Shores II sit on the sand along South Ponte Vedra Boulevard in Ponte Vedra Beach, with the Atlantic right outside.
The Anderson House is in historic West Lincolnville near the Historic District, and Coopers Pearl is about nine minutes from the Old Town Trolley depot. Oyster House looks across the marsh and the Intracoastal toward downtown St. Augustine.
Five homes: Victoria Shores, Sea Star, Sandy Shores I and Sandy Shores II on the oceanfront, plus PV Beach, a townhome close to TPC Sawgrass and Mayo.
Yes. Mar Viento, which sleeps 10 and has a hot tub, and Ocean Breeze, which sleeps 6, are in the heart of Jax Beach, steps from the sand with restaurants and bars a short walk away.
It depends on your trip. Ponte Vedra Beach is quiet and residential with oceanfront homes, St. Augustine pairs its beaches with America’s oldest city, and Jacksonville Beach puts restaurants and nightlife within walking distance. We have homes in all three on Northeast Florida’s First Coast.
Yes. Children and infants are welcome in every home, and our homes sleep 5 to 10 guests. Each listing’s amenities show what it has for little ones, such as a high chair or travel crib.

Yes. Victoria Shores in Ponte Vedra Beach and Mar Viento in Jacksonville Beach both have a hot tub.
